At Hustle House, we believe everyone should be able to train like an athlete—no matter where you’re starting from. Our group personal training sessions are designed to help you push your limits, with modifications to make sure you’re always challenging yourself safely and effectively. Our motto is simple: “We don’t get weak, we get deep.” It’s all about building mental strength, resilience, and growth in and outside the studio. The best part? Our community is what makes us special—just ask our members! Whether it’s through fun, motivating workouts or friendly competition, we know our method works. We’ve even gone head to head with other gyms and came out on top, proving that our training and community spirit are second to none. This isn’t one of your typical workouts, it’s an experience!

Hustle House is led by two passionate and experienced fitness professionals, Mina and Kyle.

Meet Coach Mina:
Mina brings a wealth of experience from her background as a former competitive gymnast and professional dancer and choreographer. Having trained at the highest levels, she has an expert understanding of body control, balance, flexibility, and strength. Her passion for perfecting form and precision shines through in her coaching at Hustle House, where she helps members build a solid foundation in every movement. Mina knows how to break down complex exercises into simple steps, so everyone can safely push their limits while building functional strength and agility. You might find her occasionally twerking or upside down in a handstand whilst taking your sessions – show off.

Meet Coach Kyle:
Kyle’s experience as a former professional footballer shapes the way he trains and motivates others. With years of high-level performance under his belt, Kyle understands the importance of strength, speed, endurance, and mental toughness. His training philosophy is all about pushing boundaries, developing resilience, and building the right mindset to overcome challenges. His background in competitive, team-driven environments also helps create a supportive, motivating community at Hustle House, where everyone is encouraged to perform at their best. With Kyle’s guidance, members learn to train like athletes, with intensity and focus, while still allowing the flexibility to grow at their own pace. If you see a hench man cutting shapes in bright coloured sliders whilst you’re trying to catch your breath – that’s coach Kyle for you.
